I have worked in digital marketing for 15 years, on the buy side, for agencies and for brands. Programmatic at MediaMath and Red Bull HQ, programmatic operations at plista in Berlin, digital strategy for iGaming brands across Europe at CNQR, and Head of Marketing at BETFAN, where I moved all media buying in-house and led a team of ten. I have been an independent consultant since 2018. In 2026 I started TheGrowthLabs as the home for my consulting work and the AI agents I build to support it.
